PROS AND CONS OF BLAISE B QUITTING ALPHA BETA RECORDS. IS IT A WISE IDEA??

So his vocal highness has decided to step into the limelight himself as an independent artist. TheTquestion i ask myself is, was this a wise decision to make at this point in his career??

To begin, the "No Tomorrow" crooner has not been doing bad when it comes to releasing quality songs and visuals though the public is still yet to fully accept him as an "A" list figure but we all know about the Cameroonian public and how it is difficult to satisfy them musically though the likes of his fellow colleagues Mr Leo and Salatiel have been able to walk through that rough part Blaise B is yet to feel that wave.

Also, Alpha beta records has done a great job satisfying us with awesome music's and talents and we can see the presence of new breeds like Kameni and Gomez and from the look of things, these newbies are well placed concert wise than Blaise B who has been around for more years ao the question now is, what is missing in the puzzle?.

To add, Mr Leo did created his own personal label "Lions Production" (though I think is a subsidiary of the Alpha beta records why I mentioned Kameni and Gomez as Alpha beta records newbies) so Blaise B wants to step into the independent way and see what it shall hold for him creating the "Akwandor Music" is a very bold step I most acknowledge.

Mr Leo however, hasnt really been the artist we look up to this 2019 as he spends most of his time being the boss of LIONS PRODUCTION rather than the Mr Leo (artist) we prefer thus releasing fewer singles this year than the previous years. Blaise B on the other hand has been the artist and now wants to be the boss so will that be an easy task even if he hasnt any artist for now but will he fit into being a boss and an artist given the fact that the public still haven't fully accepted him.?

However, I am not against him creating his own label its a tough and rather hard decision to make but once made, you can fly by your own wings without depending on anyone too and every one loves being a boss and not the "do this do that" kind of situation. He ought to build a very good team that will help showcase the talent he has on this new journey i believe Blaise B with the right team will emerge a brighter artist than some of this top "A" list artist as he has an advantage of being his own producer. Well let me make a list of the pros and cons to this decision.

PROS;

  • He now makes his own decisions and has to fly with his own wings and thats every man's dream.
  • He gets to produce his own music so i guess that's economising and he wont have to pay huge sums (500k) to produce his sounds.
  • He gets to keep all the royalties and money from streams for himself.
  • He fleas from the shadow of Salatiel and Mr Leo and has to shine his light by himself.
He gets to maybe signs and artist and manage and thus will help an upcoming artist out there.

  • CONS;
  • He is an artist and it's not easy to manage being and artist and a boss.
  • If he fails( just suggestion not a wish)  to deliver to expectations, he might be forgotten and will have to remain a producer where as within the Alpha beta records team, he got full back up from his fellow counterparts and I dont believe even if we are in good terms i will help you out thesame way if you worked for me.
He gets to spend more on Videos and promotion where as under a label, all of those are handled for you.

To conclude, its a bright idea and decision he made and obviously Rome wasn't belt in a day so I believe with the right team, Blaise B will work wonders and i will be glad to work with him if he ask nicely 😊😊. Wish him more wins on this new path.
