Have you ever wondered why in school you work so hard and read all day but the first in class is just one simple looking strange guy/girl that tops your class with little efforts, its annoying right?? yeah i know that feeling..you burning the night candles to read for an examination and you see your friend who always tops the class sleeping or dozing off on the couch and after you read so hard at the end the results see him above you and you forced to say he`s very brilliant or learns fast. The problem is not you working hard or that you not working hard enough, the problem is you the problem comes from the fact that you don`t know who you are and what you can do you don`t know how to portray yourself your self-image is limited no self-confidence and I can keep on naming... lemme tell you a little story;

   I knew of a boy named Zobel, he was an average student in his school and surely was not as intelligent or bright as the others in his class so while others where fighting to be amongst the top 10, Zobel was fighting to be amongst the bottom 10 but Zobel wasn`t handicapped neither was he dumb nor not intelligent the problem was Zobel himself. He always saw Josh as very intelligent and knew josh was brighter than him infact he always told himself he`s very slow at learning and not as bright as others in his class so when  examinations are coming up Zobel keeps pushing and reading and asking questions and burning candles but at the end the results see him at the buttom and the others at the top Zobel was traumatized cause when he gets home all the time his parents complain and tell him he aint working hard enough his teachers told him he`s very slow at learning and dosent have thesame IQ as the others and so has to work a little extra hard than the others and Zobel was confused about the negative talking around him but really that`s what was influencing him those negative talks were drawing Zobel to the bin those negative talks always saw Zobel at the buttom he was fed up with the grade E`s and F`s he was always sad and depreciated stressing himself out thinking he can`t get the A`s and the B`s but the problem was Zobel himself he had over listened and taken into consideration all the trashy talks all the negative influence he bought and buried them inside of him but one thing was certain, even if Zobel reads like 24/7 without stepping out of his class his grades won`t change cause he had the wrong mindset from the start.
         Zobel portrayed himself as not bright enough and his brain didn't find any reason to push out of its barriers cause Zobel was blocking himself from thinking harder he was limiting himself as not intelligent and his brain bought it. Now one day Zobel walked up to an old professor he knew was retired sometime back and the professor sat him down and listened to him without saying any word and Zobel stood there after talking and waited for his response but to his greatest surprise he saw the old man sleeping and Zobel was like even to express me I can`t i just got someone sleeping and the old man spied at him lifting up just a single eye and said " you are your problem" now Zobel was confused like how can i be my problem when im trying so hard to bring out he best in me. The old man said even if your parents hire all the teachers for some extra classes, buy all the textbooks and more you won`t get even a C now Zobel's face got a little grumpy the old man said yeah
your grades can be better  cuz you doubled your efforts, it won`t last or be the same all the time so your results will be alternating unless you make a self-decision to get the A`s and B`s....For teachers, they will enter  the classroom saying you all don`t have thesame IQ`s and all the light yeah lets say this is true but it dosent help you the student it dosent paint a better picture of you you still stuck in your mind set of josh being the most intelligent in the class and that you can`t be his competition cuz he so bright....No son you are brigther than Josh(say it, tell yourself, mean it) you can get the A`s and the B`s cuz the are simple letters and they can`t define your brain limits. Zobel i know you brighter than what you thinking you are i know you can be better and can beat Josh i know you are bigger those grade E`s and F`s are mere letters and you can change them to A`s and B`s  see yourself as the best and your subconscious mind will break those barriers you`ve belt around them and expand to think more the old man said at the end " If you wanna alter the output of an industry you have to go back at the level of production so to alter or change your output or your results  you will have to go back at the level of production and thats your brain redesign yourself reprogram your brain open the door of your brain and let all those negative talks out and close the door behind them sealing only positivity and positive talks in them" You are an achiever and the best in your class right now tell yourself .
            After that meeting and that talking, Zobel went all freshened up with a new mindset as he chose to redesign himself  to reprogram his mind and he felt for once some relieve so he got to class looking free not  chained down nomore thinking he has to read 24/7 to be able to get a grade C and when the examination was close enough Zobel was the boss he was the one jumping and playing around and his parents and teachers wondered and were like Zobel the examinations are close and Zobel told them " a piece of paper can`t decide my future" and they wondered what had gotten into Zobels head but he was for once happy about himself he knew who he really is now he had this self-confidence and it boosted his IQ and when the results came out Zobel was sitting in his class reading a novel when his classmates came running in  shouting and wondering " did you cheat or what happened Zobel" he smiled and said " a single piece of paper can`t define my future" Zobel was second in his class and Josh looked at him and said " bro congrats" and Zobel told him "im coming for that position bro hold it tight" now Zobel is a thread to Josh Zobel has his self-confidence at its peak and nothing was stopping him even his parents were wondering about the change of lifestyle him being free and not on his books at all time but getting better results and Zobel was in Zobel's body at last.
       So, Teachers have to learn to paint a better picture of their student`s proof to them they are intelligent than that, proof to them they are better and can get better grades than that. Parents talk to your son/daughter make him/her understand he/she`s the most intelligent child you`ve ever seen help him build some self-confidence at home and change his mind set and you shall receive better results. Theres no miracle to getting better results we all have brains of our own so the way you nurture and tame your brain is the way your reality is painted in front of you every living possibility overcome our obstacles lives in you/me we are all great people we got greatness in us but we have to start by designing our brains and if your results are negative bro/sis start by redesigning your brain...
