Dear anglophones, we know it's not been easy with the way the Cameroonian government has been treating you but there is really more to the violence you are projecting.Really there exist reasons why your demands and claims are to be heard and measures taken by the government as Kamerwaves.com has decided to table down some of the main reasons why your claims are true and why violence should not be a way out.Anglophones generally have not been treated nicely with respect to Job opportunities and a better place in the francophone sector, they are always treated like "buffons" as there is a popular francophone saying " les Bamenda son toujours a gauche" , examples are as such
*Anglophones do not seem to find a better spot in concours and public exams launched by the Government.
*Anglophones do not seem to find their place in the national team and more...
*Anglophone teachers are not recruited to teach the students in the english sector instead francophone teahers and lecturers are being sent to anglophone universities which is very bad.
*Despite all the cries and demands of the Anglophones the francophones dosen't seem to be affected, if a part of your body is infected then the whole body is affected,so if a part of Cameroon is unsatisfied then the whole country has to be in some way unsatisfied but it seems like not a thing is going on, they go to their job sites at ease, most of them don't even know about the anglophone crisis and the media is missing in action as well so obviously the anglophones have the right to demand immediate action by the government cuz if this same scene of action was taken place in Yaounde or Douala to be sincere immediate action would have been taken by the government.
*The Cameroonian president Paul Biya still has'nt said something concrete on this issue instead on the day a couple of deaths were recorded the President was in the unity palace with the Lionesses congratulating them on their game victories where as a part of the nation is not fine, seriously the president dosen't see this as an issue or takes it seriously cuz if this scenes were taken place in Yaounde he would have given a solid solution already but due to the fact that it is the anglophone sector that is in crisis he lets the prime minister do the little job for him, its really embarassing the way he treats the english sector. So to be sincere with you guys there is a problem in Cameroon and it needs quick action and solutions because some have lost their lives on the course of action due to violence and brutality but under the human rights form the forces of the law and order had no right beat the students, fire real bullets on citizens and using brutality,in 1961 the two sections came together under dialogue and not under violence, the citizens have the right to react when all is not well.
Reasons why there sould not use violence goes thus;
*Lives have been taken on the course of violence and that is not melting down the situation instead its adding fuel to the flames.
*A kid dosen't show a means of being unsatified to her mom be beating her mom instead she sits down and shows signs of being unsatisfied and his mother understands so a means of being unsatisfied is not violence as schools have been locked down and all that is enough to show the government that things ain't moving well but due to the fact that brutality was used by some citizens to show their unsatisfaction lives were taken and that should not be a way out.
Please do share the post if you want peace and harmony to reign once more in a peaceful country.
