According to information relayed to us from alafnet.com the next congress of the Social Democratic Front (Sdf) which has been the main opposition party in Cameroon since 1990,will be held in Bamenda on 28, 29 and 30 April 2017.
Our source indicated that this congress by SDF could determine if FRU NDI will be candidate in 2018 against CPDM’s ‘lion man’ Paul Biya, in power for 34 years.
Though still to be confirmed by the party, it is vital to note that press reported 48 years old Joshua Osih who is currently deputy to the chairman had been cited as possible replacement for Fru Ndi.
