UNCOMPLETED BUILDING COLLAPSES IN DOUALA 4 PEOPLE DEAD (PHOTOS)

 At least four people are reported to have been killed after a story building under construction collapsed this morning in the Ndokotti neighbouhood, Douala. According to a Kinnaka's Blog source, the basement of the building was transformed into a beer parlor and the victims were all in the beer when they met their untimely death. 

It is suspected that the barman, a woman who sells food and her children are among the victims. The origins of the collapse of the building have not so far been established. 

The Divisional Officer for Douala III municipality and firefighters are reported to be searching for survivors in the rubble. The owner of the said structure is said to have been arrested amid fears that the casualties and death toll may rise.
