In the end, Paul Biya could only obtained a ten minutes audience with Francois Hollande in an African country where the French Leader was visiting. The 84 years old Cameroonian dictator went a berserk,But has never thought to get rid of Martin Belinga Eboutou and his other advisers involved in such failures; on the contrary he is now surrounded by the same henchmen in Switzerland, charged with a similar mission to invest the Cameroonian taxpayers money in the French political campaigns to ensure that regardless of who will win the upcoming French elections, he will have been corrupted enough to support the head of Cameroon ,Paul Biya.
In all, as usual, the State of Cameroon is a drunken boat governed by an autopilot. Or rather under sole control of France.
