MURDERER OF CAMEROONIAN FOOTBALLER PATRICE EKENG FINALLY DISCOVERED

On May 6, while his team, Dinamo Bucharest, faced Viitorul Constanta in the Romanian championship, Patrick Ekeng collapsed just minutes after coming into play and died, falling victim of a heart attack. This is Elena Duta, an emergency specialist and employee of a private company of ambulances. She is accused of having made “no resuscitation attempt” on the player.
According to prosecutors, Elena Duta “did not assessed the health of the footballer and made no attempt at resuscitation (…), she merely put him in charge of the Bucharest emergency hospital.” Prosecutors in Bucharest also adds that the doctor “quashed any chance of survival,” of Patrick Ekeng “by her wrongful inaction” even though, “among the causes of Patrick Ekeng’s death include cardiac problems he suffered from“.
According to forensic experts called by the prosecution, over 95% of people with tachyarrhythmia survive cardiac arrest if defibrillation occurs within the first 60 seconds. Another part of the investigation disfavoring the doctor proves she could have saved the Indomitable Lion of Cameroon if she demonstrated some professionalism.
The Bucharest parquet intends to sue Elena Duta for homicide.
According to the results of the autopsy from the Forensic Institute in Bucharest, Patrick Ekeng suffered from cardiomegaly, the result of left ventricular hypertrophy, and had serious heart problems.
