BRENDA BIYA'S CASE : TROUBLE IN THE PRESIDENTIAL FAMILY.(FAMILY SEEMS TO BE TORN APART) IN GENEVA

Brenda Biya, eldest daughter of the president of Cameroon has caused unwillingly, discormfort between her parents? It is in a case is indicated by certain indiscretions collected earlier this month, shortly after the arrival of Paul Biya in Geneva, where he  awaited his wife Chantal and their daughter Brenda whose life stirred in the United States where she enrolled in a University and became obsessed and ignited by the social media in recent months. Saturday, Paul Biya returned to Cameroon without his wife, suggesting that indeed, serenity has no place in his family.
"On arrival in Switzerland, the president didn't speak to his wife. They would be held responsible for the problems of their daughter and they believe that everything that was said about Brenda messed up his name all over the world", says a source, under anonymity.

«Short Private stay.
According to this source, Paul Biya left very angry on 27 may in the morning, that is to say a week after the celebration of the national day. A ceremony during which an incident, the failure of the limousine in which he had to do the review of the troops, had already gotten him angry, according to our information.
At the time of his departure, a release of the civil cabinet of the Presidency indicated so laconically that he went in Europe, for a "short private stay. The text added that he was accompanied by a restricted suite composed of the Director of the civil Cabinet, Martin Belinga Eboutou, special Council to the Presidency, Rear Admiral Joseph Fouda, and of the Chief of State Protocol, Simon Pierre Bikelé.
It is these same close associates of the leader who had accompanied him three months earlier in February, on his penultimate 'short private stay’ in Europe.
For years, Cameroonians are accustomed to this expression: president travel a lot, and sometimes spends almost a third of the year in the West.
However, a detail had withheld attention: Paul Biya was not accompanied by his wife Chantal, when he had flown in to Yaounde Nsimalen international airport on May 27. Yet this woman whom he married as his second wife in April 1994, two years after the death of

Jeanne-Irene, his first wife, is regularly omnipresent at his side, when he leaves the country. She had thus accompanied him to Paris late last year when he went to the conference on climate (Cop21). Her position of only one spouse officer present had been noticed.
The case of Brenda
And then there was affair concerning their daughter Brenda Biya, the name of their eldest daughter, who just turned 19. For several weeks until may, Brenda Biya negatively attracted interest on the social media. The daughter of president Biya was in California on the West coast of the United States, where she enrolled in a University.
As a first step, the teenager herself went into scene by posting photos and videos suggestive or provocative, collecting each time thousands of shared reactions between outrage and compassion.
In one of these videos published in late January, she was victim of racism. She explained that a taxi driver, who doubted her ability to pay a fare of $ 400 to a certain destination, had refused to take it.

Far from the 'racism' supposed which she complained, most reactions on the Internet were centered on the prohibitive cost of the taxi fare.  By innocently telling her experience, Brenda Biya who since birth has been living her life in luxury hotels had probably forgotten that her father runs a poor country, where $ 400 is five times more than the legal minimum wage and where people are dying due to, lack of money for treatment.
Faced with criticism, Brenda Biya had tried to make amends. She posted a message in which she apologized for having "shocked people. But in doing so, she had committed a new blunder in commenting on her train of life, when she had declared that she spends "much less than other presidential families.
The incident could have stopped there. Only a few weeks later, the teenager was again speaking of it by publishing two new videos even more concern. The first showed the smoking alone. In the second, she was in a sort of cabin, and was accompanied by another youth who smoked also, listening to rap.

Social media were again inflamed. Because normally in the West where she lives, the young citizens of her age smoke and this is known to everyone but she is a Cameroonian for Christ sake, it is not the same among Cameroonians, who are most likely to follow the daughter of their president on social media. The nature of the substance she was smoking had not been determined. Was this the hookah, such a large water pipe very widespread in the Arab world and in Iran used for smoking tobacco and which would be more toxic than regular cigarettes according to studies? Or simply  the electronic cigarette? Or something else? Whatever it is, the two videos had collected many indignant reactions, some of them referring to the detrimental action of "evil spirits", others calling the couple Biya to take good care of their responsibilities. Extracts.
One certainty emerged however: the daughter of Paul Biya had problems in her life, and launched distress calls, perhaps through its outputs controversial on the social networks. It is in this context that others come into play.
Threatening with a knife
On 11 may, Patrice Nouma a former Cameroonian military living in the U.S. and presenting himself as being the head of the national transition Council (CNT), a group of activists calling via videos sometimes inflamed to the departure of Paul Biya specially focuses on the case of the daughter of the leader.

On his Facebook page, he posts a particularly alarming message: Brenda Biya, he wrote, was on overdose of drugs accompanied by sexual assault. She was hospitalized, he added. It supports also hold a video proving his allegations, but says that it will not be released  by decency. Finally, he announced that Chantal, the wife of Paul Biya left Cameroon to be at the bedside of her daughter.
Other sources confirm the departure of Chantal Biya of Cameroon. She did not accompany her husband when he visited may 14 in Abuja in Nigeria, at the second Summit on security between Nigeria and its neighbors. However, 10 days earlier, she was at his side in the same country, when Paul Biya had honored an invitation from President Muhammadu Buhari.
Again may 20, Cameroonian media notice the absence of Chantal Biya at the boulevard on the 20th of May in Yaoundé, during the celebration of the national day. A unique fact.
On 27 May when Paul Biya left Cameroon for Switzerland, it was now confirmed that his wife is not in the country. According to some sources, Chantal Biya left Cameroon more than two weeks before, in a rental aircraft, for California.
She would have managed to take their daughter to Switzerland, after a stiff resistance thereof. Patrice Nouma says in a new message that she was even threatened  with a knife and that an American Court have called it for this fact. On social networks, the Cameroonian presidential family supporters shout manipulation, arguing the lack of formal proof of a legal proceedings launched against Brenda Biya. They also deny the allegation of threat with a knife, relayed without verification by many websites.
However, a video confirms the history of knife, even though it does not say that the threatened person was Chantal Biya.
This video capture date is not indicated but appears to be in early June. This is probably Angie Forbin, a Cameroonian journalist who was the first to publish it on his Facebook page. We see Brenda Biya particularly rough. The very ascent girl speaks like a trooper. In jargon English, she roars threats against one or more persons that the film does not identify. She actually wields a knife, promising people to whom she speaks to that her  father would kill them. Towards the end of the very unstable video which lasts 55 seconds, we see a white vehicle in close-up, then off another car black color which moves away.
Family reunion in Switzerland
The suite would be passed in the Swiss capital,  Paul Biya  joined his wife and daughter. Both parents of Brenda Biya who clearly were no longer for a long time on the same wavelength about the problems of their daughter would be strongly contested. A falling-out that would have cost a great deal to the Cameroonian public Treasury.
"Once arrived in Geneva, Chantal Biya returned to Cameroon the aircraft rented for her travel between the United States and the Switzerland with aboard some usually personal in his service." The aircraft remained a few days in Yaoundé. But the president refused to Board and ordered that he rents another aircraft, what has been done, for his trip to Switzerland, said a well-informed source. Our informant continues, indignant: "it's been several leased aircraft for travel of the president and wife, in a few weeks. This is unacceptable for a poor country! »
According to another source, once at the hotel Intercontinental in Geneva, Paul refused to cohabit with his wife settling in a different stage of her own.
"When she arrived, the president did not speak to her. He found that the display of the difficulties of girl on a public place deeply affected his image. It is not known the details of what he blamed his wife in their child's education. But it seems clear its own responsibility of the vexations of this, «says our source.
These indiscretions were collected at the end of the first week of the month. Could the president and his wife return to best feelings since then? Hard to say. Saturday, Paul Biya returned to Cameroon, after having spent almost ' one month abroad. He was not accompanied his wife or their daughter.
